Canning part two!

This is our second attempt at canning stewed tomatoes..........

Looks more like a strange science experiment gone wrong to me-I expect to see fermented pigs feet floating by at any moment.

    YIKES - my vote is for the first batch. Although, these would make great props for a Halloween Party ;)

    Stop fretting about this. It is totally normal and just means your tomatoes are super-juice and ripe. You will note this when you go to eat them in February. They will be terrific!
